PEAK-SEASON REPRESENTATIVE

We are seeking friendly, energetic and approachable individuals to join our fantastic GB Ski Tours team. People who can easily give our school groups confidence that every element of their tour is being delivered by people who care.

​

You will be the face of GB Ski Tours in resort, ensuring the smooth running of every aspect of the group's ski trip and that each member of the group has a fun and memorable experience.

THE ROLE

You will provide​ support to the group leader throughout the ski trip. Liaise with the group leader and our suppliers in resort, including coach drivers, hoteliers, ski school, ski hire and evening entertainment venues. Assist with the delivery of in-house evening activities, such as games night and quiz night. Able to think on your feet, proactively problem solve, and remain professional and calm.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES​

  • Outgoing, friendly and enthusiastic

  • Excellent levels of customer service

  • High levels of organisational skills

  • Professional attitude and highly motivated

  • Ready to use your initiative

  • Ability to work under pressure

PREFERRED SKILLS​

  • Previous experience of working with school groups

  • Language skills are preferred but not essential

  • Passionate skier/snowboarder
