Luke brings over 25 years of experience in the travel industry, including 16 years focused on school travel, specifically within the ski industry. Luke has spent 6 years living and working in some of Europe’s top ski resorts, giving him first-hand knowledge of destinations, logistics, and what truly makes a school ski trip successful. As a parent he fully appreciates how important it is to work with a company—and an individual —that you can trust to deliver a safe, well-organised, and rewarding experience for students.

His hands-on experience enables him to anticipate challenges, communicate clearly with schools and provide reliable, well-organised experiences for staff and students. Joe takes pride in building trust with teachers and group leaders through his professionalism, organisation and genuine commitment to delivering smooth, rewarding travel experiences from start to finish.

Will brings over 11 years of travel-industry experience, including six years specialising in school travel. Having lived in France for two years and supported groups across Paris, Normandy and Northern France, he has developed extensive expertise in guiding and managing educational tours, including WW1 Battlefield visits, adult groups and UK events. Inspired by his own experience of discovering the value of learning beyond the classroom, Will is passionate about creating opportunities for students to engage with subjects in new and memorable ways, helping their enthusiasm and confidence grow through travel.
